"This Is My God", the new video from IRON MAIDEN bassist/founder Steve Harris's solo/side project album, "British Lion", will make its online debut tomorrow (Tuesday, October 2) at 6:00 p.m.
First band to be announced to play in Stockholm

On July 13 the Maiden England tour hits Sweden where the band will play at the magnificent National Stadium in Stockholm - Friends Arena! This is the first rock show ever to beannounced at this brand new 50,000 capacity venue. Tickets will go onsale on Tuesday, October 2nd, at 9.00 am, with an exclusive first ticket pre-sale for Iron Maiden Fan Club members which will run from 10:00 Saturday 29th through to 18.00 hrs Sunday 30th September (local times). Fan club members will also be eligible in the draw to be ’First To The Barrier’.

Global rock royalty from such bands as IRON MAIDEN, SLIPKNOT, WHITESNAKE, CHICKENFOOT, THE CULT, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, DEEP PURPLE, JUDAS PRIEST, SLAYER and BLACK SABBATH took part in last night's (Saturday, September 22) Marshall 50th-anniversary event at Wembley Arena in London, England. The luminaries celebrated the life and work of revolutionary amp pioneer Jim Marshall with an unparalleled display of rock virtuosity.

Next weekend, Rod and The Truants will be on their bikes again - this time to Marrakesh for 130 miles of mainly off-road and decidedly hilly-sounding cycling, all in the name of charity. So, as has become traditional, we're having a special fanclub-only auction to raise some extra funds. This time we've had a dig through the archives and pulled out some goodies along a 'Maiden England' theme - to celebrate the successful US tour and to look forward to 2013 in Europe. Speaking of which, you'll notice a very special Donington opportunity is up for grabs... We've chosen a nice mixture of items to hopefully offer something for every budget.

Bruce Dickinson (IRON MAIDEN), Ian Paice (DEEP PURPLE), Brian May (QUEEN), Alice Cooper, John Paul Jones (LED ZEPPELIN) and Uli Jon Roth (SCORPIONS) are among the musicians who took part in the 2012 edition of The Sunflower Jam, which took place on Sunday, September 16 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

The Sniper, the new album from Brazilian metallers SCELERATA, will be made available in North America on November 6 via Nightmare Records. The CD "presents a stunning vocal performance from Fabio Juan, showing a much more matured band that delivers a heavier more aggressive sound, beautifully mixing power metal and melodic progressive elements ranging from angst-ridden lyrics of corruption to sorrowful love lost," according to a press release.

Guitarist Jase Edwards of reunited U.K. rockers WOLFSBANE, who feature in their ranks former IRON MAIDEN frontman Blaze Bayley, has issued the following update: "We're excited to announce something extra special for the tour. In 1993, we recorded some extra tracks for the 'Massive Noise' EP. With the 'Wolfsbane' album written, but not yet recorded, we decided to run through it live in the studio as part of the pre-production. The resulting recording became legendary within the band. It really captured the mad energy that we had envisaged for the album. Unfortunately, we never really managed to transfer this onto the record. In the middle of mixing it, Blaze left and the band split.

Having recently completed the North American leg of the "Maiden England World Tour", one of the most successful rock tours of the summer, IRON MAIDEN will now be storming across Europe in 2013 playing stadiums, major festivals and arenas with this critically acclaimed show. The first date to be announced is at the U.K.'s Download festival on Saturday, June 15 when MAIDEN return to the legendary Donington Park to headline for a record fifth time! (following 1988,1992, 2003 and 2007).
